babysitting, birthdays, and boating

we got to babysit Peanut last week. it was so much fun!!!! she is such an adorable little tike!!!



some of my cute young women (and one young man) made me this leaning tower of cupcakes for my birthday. they are so awesome! and the cupcakes were so yummy!!!



Our trip to San Francisco:

oh! did you blink? yep, you must have missed the trip details then.
oh - nope - forgot - we didn't go. this is the one and only picture from our short-lived trip. the whole thing last about 5 mintues - and the 7 hours of packing, doing laudry, re-packing, checking off lists, getting the house ready for use to be gone for a week, etc.
it was a nice thought. should have been a nice trip. we didn't even make it out of the driveway. i threw out my knee again.
end of story.
