it was ahhhh-some.
lake powell always is - even if it rains. :)
we got there so late, i mean early, the first night that we spent the night sleeping under the stars for a few hours. when we woke up, this is how good we looked:
TWINS! i did not plan this when i dressed the chubbers for the day. it was really funny.

we went to the marina to pick up some ice...and we ended up coming home with these two munchkins
the chubbers wasn't happy unless he was helping to drive the boat
let it be known: i was the first one to catch a fish on this trip. oh - and pretty much the only one. the hubbers did catch a few and jord got one, but that was it! 
we hiked in to see Rainbow Bridge - it was beautiful!

Great pics! I love the twins. lol.
I am impressed how much chubbers was okay with the life jacket. My kids always threw massive fits when we put them on. The trip looks so fun!!
Powell in September? That is paradise. Glad you could get away and have a good time. Grandma and Grumpy? REally?
