well, it's been one crazy summer around our house.

and the days fly by and i forget to post pics and stories of what we've been doing.

so here comes some catch up.....

in spite of all the "helping" we got from the children, we did finish our bathroom remodel. 

it's wonderful having it done and back in use.

too bad we have to keep the door shut all the time for one little boy who likes to play in the toilets.

we've had lots of snacks....

a few train rides.....

and obviously not enough naps.

wonder if he had a kink in his neck when he woke up.

we've read lots of stories.....

worn super-hero capes and mom's shoes.....

and found a new thing to do when our picture is being taken - sticking our tongues out. \

can't figure this one out.

the summer has been good so far.

thank goodness for air conditioning.
