temple open house & Birthday Season

my work invited us to an early open house tour of the new Oquirrh Mountain temple on saturday night. isaac and i went and it was awesome! besides the fact that we didn't have to wait in long lines and stuff, it was nice and quiet on our tour - only 12 people in our group. After we took some pictures outside and looked around at the building a little more.

now, you're going to notice a few pics in this post that are very candid snap shots. we were on this kick (o.k., i was) this weekend of taking random pics of each other. now, to be fair, i'll post all of them instead of weeding out the bads ones of me.

when you see this temple from the freeway it reminds me of the Nauvoo temple - not that i've seen it in person, but it does. It's so beautiful!

Sunday we celebrated Bridger's birthday.
