a few weeks ago we had a peach extravaganza night.
we helped bottle 107 jars of peaches.

update:
i had to change Peanut's name.
she is now known as Cheeks.
because she has the cutest cheeks - and is always smiling - nonstop.
so now she is Cheeks.
a few weeks ago Lori and Cheeks came over and we got Cheeks to giggle and laugh with us. it was so great. she hasn't done it since - so it was a great night.

As promised - here are the pics of my knee, post-surgery.
brigette and kye were so great to drive me to the hospital to get my staples out.
kye loved the dr's office - and wanted to sit in his chair.
yes folks - count 'em up - that'd be 10 staples in my leg.
can you just imagine how you'd have to tug to get those babies out???
after that ordeal with the staples we went back to my house and hung out on my bed. kye loved looking out at the window to see all the cars in the parking lot.

Yikes! I got a little dizzy at the thought of you having those staples out! Glad you told us about it AFTER it happened. :)
Ah, staples. I had a bit more than that in my tummy a few months ago. Luckily, they didn't hurt when they popped them out! Not fun though! Hang in there....
Aww 10 staples that is nothing... I had 13 after Ethan was born. :) I hope it gets better really fast for you!
