birthday fun -

we really do try to be the best parents in the world.
and i really think we hit it out of the ballpark with this birthday for the chubbers.

see that smile on his face?
what is the cause of his pure delight, you ask? (besides giving him juice and cheetos for lunch)

well, we took him on a "train" ride - and he didn't freak out this time. yay!
we rode the train for a bit, got off and had some lunch, walked around a little, and got back on the train to come home.

this one even had a good time.

later in the evening we had our family over to celebrate.

"happy birthday to you.....happy birthday to you....."

"chocolate icing is the best!"

it was so hot this day that we turned the sprinklers on and let the kids go crazy. and it helped water our almost-dead grass.

we finished the day off by playing even more video games on dad's phone.
all in all - a great day for a great little boy. we love you so much!!!!
