my dear little boy had his first haircut last week. everyday he's get this big 'ol knot on the back of his head from looking and moving around so much. so, we shaved his beautiful hair off.

every 2 years we have a family reunion with my mom's side of the family. I LOVE these reunions - but i do wish they were longer and we could all sit and chat and catch up all day long. but having little kids running around makes it hard to sit for very long.

my mom is by far the best hula-hooper around. she amazes me with this talent.
i can't even get a hula hoop to stay on my hips - which is funny cause i have hips and she doesn't.
