oh no, the BIG 6-0!

In celebration of my dad's 60th birthday party, we threw him a big birthday party on Sunday night. it was so much fun! we had an ice cream bar, a birthday cake, and lots of friends and family who came to celebrate.

Brigette and her boys painted this great big sign that we hung on the front of the house.

the visitors showed up in one of our front yard flower gardens on Saturday night. my mom thought i had put them up and i thought my mom had put them but. they had signs around their necks that said things like "Stan's the man" or "we love you Stan". we found out the next day at the birthday bash who they were from, my dad's mischievous friend Dave Butterfield. he and his wife had come and put these up while all of us were home, cleaning the yard. so funny that we didn't hear or see them sneak in and out of the yard.

want some goodies? help yourself.
