the hubby-bubby and i went to the condo for Conference Weekend and spent the days relaxing.
babysitting the coo-kies. this is what i do with my days.
the hubby-bubby has this fettish with samoa cookies. he's always trying to sneak some out of the box. but i always catch him.
and yes, that is really me. aren't i just glowing? yeah, right.
the baby is getting bigger and bigger. and so am i. :(
remember - these pregnant pictures are purely for posterity's sake.
as some of you might remember - the hubby-bubby's family gets together on Easter Sunday for the annual Egg Roll. this year was no different. we had to prep and color and name our eggs. (here are pics from last year's events - if you need to refresh your memory)
these might look like ordinary Easter eggs, but they are more like suicide eggs. they must be tough to last the night at the Egg Roll. this year our eggs did pretty well, if i must say so myself.
"Team Earl".
didn't make it past round 1.
"Booger crusher"
made it past 1 round
"the gerb-inator"
made it past round 1
"Momma's boy"
didn't make it past round 1

now, a few weeks ago when we went to visit Grandpa Earl, he gave us this sweet picture of the hubby-bubby's dad from high school. i believe it's his Senior picture. now, being the awesome daughter-in-law that i am, i just had to do something useful with this wonderful piece of history.
so we made t-shirts.
this is the back side, wonderfully modeled by the hubby-bubby.
and this is the father-in-law today and in yester-year.
isn't it funny how much he looks the same?
i think it's precious.
me and hubby-bubby modeling the front of the shirt (me) and the back (the hubby-bubby. we wanted to be well-represented for the Egg Roll. Team Earl rocks!
as you can see, my creativity is just pure awesomeness.
too bad i couldn't make a living thinking up t-shirts like these.
these gems only come around once in a blue moon.
